Even as a Fitness Cover Model and one of the Top Fitness Competitors in the world I used to have butt problems.
People would never know it by looking at me now, but my butt used to be flat and saggy in all the wrong places!
Yep before I was a fitness cover model and started winning fitness competitions the judges comments always came back to my butt and thighs and how they simply did not meet expectations.
They were not tight and lifted like the winning competitors. After every show I would ask the judges what I needed to work on. Judge after judge would say tighten and lift your butt and thighs.
I was so frustrated because I worked out all the time doing squats and lunges but still couldn’t find the fix to get my stubborn butt to lift and tighten.
To my surprise, I found out that most other women had the same problem with developing a round, firm and shapely butt.
After working with thousands of women as a Personal Trainer I have discovered that most women are like I was before I stumbled on a solution that actually worked.

As I started asking my personal training clients I discovered that the problem was either their butt was too flat and we can’t keep our pants up or it is saggy, out of proportion with the rest of our body.
Then there is the cellulite. Most women have hips and thighs covered in cellulite.
Through my own booty struggles I set out to find a way to lift and tighten the tush and get rid of my ugly cellulite.
And I made it my mission that I wouldn't stop until I competed, won, and was told by the judges that my booty and legs where now my strong point.
I experimented with hundreds of booty exercises during my competition days.
I even went to a physical therapist to get some help in finding out what was keeping my butt from getting that lifted and toned look that the judges wanted.
As a woman I desperately wanted to feel confident in a swimsuit, my jeans, and even naked (with the lights on).
The Turning Point…..
I began researching the different muscles that activate and support the booty. I learned all of this when I was in school getting my degree in Exercise Science back in 1997. We studied all the different muscles and their functions.
Our instructors tended to focus on the larger muscle groups and some of the smaller muscles didn’t get as much attention... well as it turns out, those "hidden" booty support muscles hold the key to lifting and tightening your butt.
Because it had been so long since IÂ studied this stuff I had to dig back into
my books, the internet, journals and do extensive research to see if there was something I might be missing. No matter how many squats I did I still had sagging in the butt.
I also had that dreaded butt crease - that deep line where the butt meets the thighs. Ladies you know exactly what I am talking about. When you get a suntan or spray tan and still have that white line that does
