Kyra is not just another fitness coach you read about online and follow her advice. Kyra is a true friend and an awesome motivator. She has changed my life. I have so much energy, I am cooking awesome clean eating recipes and I want to compete again in the future.
What is more: I look younger, I feel great naked and I get excited to wear bathing suits. Women approach me in airports and bars wanting to know “how I got my arms to look like that.â€

At first my goal was to compete in a bikini contest, but now my goal is to be healthy. Physically I achieved toning of my body. I mostly want to look good in my wedding dress, so it has been nice to see. Emotionally I feel more connected with my body. I know when I am triggered to eat and can now switch it over to my daily workout plan. Mentally I feel so much stronger. I have found the more I do my workout routines the stronger my mind becomes. It has helped me center myself.
